1. Who we are

LeadNurturix ("we", "us", "our") is a team of cold email and B2B lead generation specialists. This policy explains what personal information we collect through leadnurturix.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. By using this website you confirm that you have read this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us: your name, work email, company, selected service and message when you use the contact form, and your email address or domain when you request a deliverability audit.
• Booking details: if you book a call, our third-party scheduling provider collects your name, email and any answers you give. This only happens after you choose to load the booking calendar.
• Direct messages: anything you share when you email us or message us through a messaging app.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and timestamps to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Free tools: the domain names, IP addresses and selectors you type are sent to a third-party public DNS service to read public DNS records. Text you paste into the Spam Checker and Anti-Spam Fixer is processed only in your browser and is not sent to us. DKIM keys are generated in your browser and are never sent to us.
• Your cookie choice: stored in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Prospect data in client campaigns

When we run outreach for a client, we work with business contact information such as names, work email addresses, job titles and company details. Every campaign should include a clear way to opt out, and opt-out and deletion requests are honored promptly. If you received an email from a campaign we manage and want to be removed or want to know what we hold, email Sales@LeadNurturix.com and we will act on it.

4. How we use information

• To reply to enquiries, schedule calls and prepare proposals or audits you request.
• To provide and manage services under a written agreement.
• To keep the website and tools secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

5. Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)

We process personal data on these bases: your consent (for example loading the booking calendar), steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the business and responding to enquiries, and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

6. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and services (hosting, form handling, scheduling, email and messaging tools), with professional advisers, when the law requires it, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. International transfers

We operate from Pakistan, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Enquiries and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a client relationship or a legal obligation requires longer. Server logs kept by our host follow the host's own schedule. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, restrict access to the accounts and tools we use, and limit third-party code on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to Sales@LeadNurturix.com and do not test it on live visitor data.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request to know, correct and delete their information and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). To use a right, email Sales@LeadNurturix.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links and services

This site links to and embeds services run by others, including messaging and social media platforms, a scheduling provider and a public DNS service. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
